Technical Sales Manager – Midwest Territory

FBC Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer of liquid food preservatives and additives is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to head our sales efforts in representing our whey processing aids and other liquid additive product sales. In-depth knowledge of cheese processing and whey product applications is required. Previous plant management experience in a cheese processing plant desired.

Under direction of Sr. Management, Technical Sales Manager would be responsible for high profile customer management and business development, specifically of whey processing aids and complimentary products. Position is also responsible for developing presentations, partnering with non-technical sales team members and instrumental in working with R & D on product development.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology or related science discipline with at least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
